Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We suggest ordering the shoe size that you usually wear. For those styles that don't fit to size, we specify on each shoe page whether it fits short or long.
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
