Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.wmshoe.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (info@wmshoe.com) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.wmshoe.com.

Wmshoe Sizing Chart
We suggest ordering the shoe size that you usually wear. For those styles that don't fit to size, we specify on each shoe page whether it fits short or long.
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
Use the spacers that are included with the shoes (in most styles) to achieve a tighter fit, or to eliminate heel slippage.
